Time to say goodbye :-)

Hi everyone!
Let`s start with some good news.
My family is healthy and happy. I hope everybody is the same.

Some of you remember back when I started fixing cars in my own one car garage. I built my shop and reputation with all your help, who trusted me and believed me. I feel so lucky to know you guys because you're more than just customers, you are part of my life. We've shared many happy and challenging times together.
From the bottom of my heart thank you SO MUCH !!!

I'm getting tired of running the shop and I would love to spend more time with my family. I have been fixing cars for more than 30 years now and I`m planning to move away from my shop ( I hope it goes well ) and I hope we can live off of on my investments.

I was looking for a long time to find someone who can run the shop without me with the same attitude and knowledge. Simply because I just did not want to let you guys down.

On July 1st Jory and Istvan are going to take over Das Mechanic. I believe they will be the perfect candidates to do that.

Jory has worked with me for 10 years now. I don't think he needs an introduction ;-) He's done basically every kind of job from engine assembling to the simple bulb change.

Istvan is a fresh immigrant from Hungary and has a great expertise and education to fix your European cars. I think it is enough to say he is also a master-tech in my country :-) . No worries, he will replace my broken English very well.

The phone number, email, location, warranty and quality of the parts and jobs will be the same. I personally guarantee that !!!

In the last week of June we will be closed in order to switch over. On July 1st I start moving away from the shop (part time) to keep helping them with my knowledge and experience for a little while and finishing all the promised projects.

July 13th I will be hosting customer appreciation and go away party!! Details later :-)

BTW: If anyone is looking for a heavy duty commercial place I have a 42x42 and 42x36 shop for rent next door.

On July 22nd, Jory and his beautiful fiance Cris got married!! I was honored to officiate their union and celebrate their new life together. We all wish you the very best and a happy life together.

Last night my beloved Titus passed away, thank you all who loved him and always were kind with him. He was the best dog ever !!!!

She just turned 40 !!

I'm heading to vacation tomorrow and I am coming back on the 30th.
2 of my technicians are moving away, so only me and I try to run the shop at this point. Until I find someone good and reliable to work with, I can not take any new clients at this point.
