Meet Rocco 👋
"My journey to becoming a coach started at nine years old when I began martial arts (Modern Arnis and Ryukyu Kempo). When I'm not training for martial arts, I am spending time with my wife, my son, and our border collie Indie. I love getting outside as much as possible, as well as cooking, especially baking bread.
My fitness motto is "meet yourself where you're at." Every day is different, and I love meeting clients where they're at each day." -Rocco

🚨Power couple coming through!!🚨
Since joining, these two have shown up consistently with a healthy dose of friendly competition.
Here’s Terri with her & Bill’s TZ story:
“Bill and I joined the Training Zone four years ago when it was still at PAC24. At the beginning, we were going twice a week and just trying to stay consistent. Over time, that consistency turned into something more. We started going more often and adding in other activities we genuinely enjoy.
I love taking the yoga and Pilates classes, they balance out the strength work and make me feel strong and centered. I’m now working out six days a week, which is something I never would have imagined when we first started. Bill has really stepped up his game too. He’s added two HIIT classes each week and usually walks the track after his workouts.
The results have been incredible. Bill has lost over 50 pounds, and I’ve lost 25. But honestly, it’s not just about the number on the scale. We see the definition in our muscles. Our clothes fit better. We feel stronger and more confident.
What makes the biggest difference is that we do this together. We push each other, encourage each other, and keep each other accountable. On the days when one of us isn’t feeling it, the other one steps in. That support has made all the difference, and it’s why this has become a lifestyle for us, not just a phase.”
Watching them crush their goals side-by-side is what our community is all about. 👏

“Fitness has always been a part of my life. I started playing sports at an early age, so training for those sports became second nature. I played baseball, football, and wrestled at Arcadia High School in Arcadia, Wisconsin. I wrestled collegiately at Western Colorado University.
After school, I jumped into the fitness field as a career. My experience includes personal training in various locations and strength and conditioning at The Ohio State University. I also coach high school football and wrestling.
My philosophy to training is a personalized approach. No matter what age, fitness ability, or goals, there is a training program for you. I want people to feel comfortable and excited about their training sessions.” -Seth

“Prior to doing a Training Zone challenge this fall, I had never lifted weights nor consistently gone to a gym. After attending just a few TZ classes, I quickly became hooked!
The group setting pushes me to work harder than I ever would on my own. The classes are fun, there’s a strong sense of community, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. They are quick to correct form or offer modifications for injuries, which made me feel comfortable and confident as a beginner.
