Tuesday 4 pm Slow Flow (80 degrees)
Wednesday 9 am Slow Flow (90 degrees)
Wednesday 6 pm Power -45 minutes (90 degrees)
Thursday 8 am HOT (100 degrees)

In my mom mind I want to do this when my son teaches a yoga class at Twisted Grit. However, I sit on my mat and try and act like a respectable adult 🤪

He teaches Sundays at 9 am. It’s a 45 minutes class and great for anyone who wants to try yoga!! Reach out if you want help paying, signing up, etc 💕🙏
