Message from Gail - Although not native to Dane County, Madison has truly become my home. In 1981 I moved to Madison, got married and later founded the Essen Haus in 1983. Five years later, our family grew by one and grew again less than two years later. As my children grew, so did our business, but in 1994 I decided it was time for a change. After working as a business analyst and independent contractor for many years, I decided to try my hand in Real Estate. Since 2005, I have been providing residential real estate services in Southern Wisconsin as an Associate Broker with CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Thanks to my degree in Business Administration, my experience as the Dane County Housing Authority Chair, and my love of learning, I built a successful career as a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Affiliated. About Lori - Lori Erdman joined the team in April of 2019 as our Transaction Manager and keeps our office running smoothly! Since joining, she obtained her Salesperson license in July of 2020. Lori has a very strong customer service and resolution management background, a heart for helping, and an incredible ability to multi-task! When she's not juggling for the GRA-test team ever, she's taking care of business in her most important role - MOM. Lori and her husband have a boy and a girl, ages 13 and 8, respectively, and they keep her pretty busy - and pretty entertained! She values family and understands the important role "home" plays in it, and has found working in real estate to be a perfect fit!
