🎨 The first brushstrokes are on the walls, and the Sun Prairie Mural Fest presented by Bank of Sun Prairie is officially underway!

One of the most exciting parts of Mural Fest is watching the creative process unfold. What begins as a blank wall transforms day by day as artists add outlines, colors, details, and finishing touches.

Use the map below to find all of this year’s mural locations and take a stroll through downtown to see the progress for yourself. No two visits will be the same, and it’s amazing to see how much can change in just a few days!

While you’re out exploring, be sure to stop into downtown shops and restaurants and support the businesses helping make this event possible.

We all hate to see these signs but we’re excited to finally see this long-awaited Downtown Main Street Reconstruction Project begin! 👷🚧

When complete, Downtown Sun Prairie will be safer, more accessible, and even easier to explore on foot for years to come.

Throughout construction, our amazing small businesses will remain OPEN and need our community’s support more than ever. Please continue to shop, dine, and visit downtown this summer ❤️

Construction efforts begin on June 8th. Beginning the week of June 15th, Main Street, between Bristol Street and Market Street, will be one-way going westbound. The eastbound detour route is shown in the picture below.

🌿 We had a little more spring cleaning in Downtown Sun Prairie this week, with volunteers out picking up litter and helping keep our downtown looking its best.
