I'm also new to the group. I wrote my first novel more than 20 years ago. Unfortunately it ended up resembling "War and Peace" in size so I set it aside for 16 years. In 2020, after writing three other books I returned to that original work and very carefully rewrote almost every word. It turned out to be the first work in a trilogy that proved to be infinitely better than my first draft. After that I was so truly hooked on wiring that I now have 12 completed works all on Kindle.

I've found that eccentric characters make for interesting writing and entertaining reading. In a few of my works I found myself feeling that the primary character was developing his own persona. Those books were genuinely fun to write.
