Whew what a day! Had 2 consultations, got 2 more set up today for later this week, worked my part time job, washed 2 loads of clothes lol, and drove an hour each way to take my newly pre approved client on an emergency showing for a home that seller would be reviewing offers for at 9pm tonight. Got home, got the offer written up, signed, and submitted at EXACTLY 9PM!!!!! 🤯🫡 Looking forward to waking up to an offer accepted email! Fingers crossed!!
