Demolition Day. Sometimes, an old mobile home is the perfect start for a custom home. Sewer, water, power, and gas connections were all in place here and ready for the new home.

Scottsdale project is going vertical! The Casita is framed and starting rough in phase while the house and shop are being framed. Jealous of the "winter" work weather in AZ! Concrete day!! Nothing "simple" about a slab on grade floor. Plumbing, electrical, heating, and communications are all literally set in concrete today. Ready for framing next week and see if we can beat the weather.
