Happy St. Paddy’s day everyone!
Yes! We are open tomorrow until 8:00 pm. Yes! We take reservations for dinner! Yes! Corned beef and Cabbage till it’s gone! Lamb stew, Reuben’s, Irish chowder and Reuban egg rolls! Franki is in da houze tomorrow doing what he does best and second best! ( making basil martinis). Lauren is here as well and if it were 120 years ago you would be calling her a right sparky Irish lass! Except she is German. Except tomorrow. Then, She is Irish! Like everyone else tomorrow!
We hope you all make time to stop by! If we don’t see you, please drive safe! Leprechauns can only do so much to keep us out of trouble!
My own great-grandmother came to the USA in her youth from Belfast, Ireland. From the stories I hear, she was brave, strong, and quite a gambler. I never knew her. I wish I had.
Like most folks, I have a box of old pictures and post cards and letters from folks in the family that are long gone. I’ve posted a few,
HAPPY ST. PADDY’S EVERYONE!!

Well—it’s Wednesday again. The special is “Cook’s Surprise”. I was going to let everyone know, the Cook’s surprise was Bacon wrapped Prawn fettecine. But then—Franki sent me this. I’m crying.
So-I guess it’s not Cook’s choice. It’s your choice. Bacon-wrapped Prawn Fettucine……or Frankie. Whatever you decide. We have both.

Well—ya’ll wore poor Franki out. He took the day off. And yet the calls keep coming. So, tonight’s special is southern coke-a-cola pulled pork. Sweet and spicy with homemade BBQ. Served with spicy Mac and cheese, baked beans, pineapple coleslaw, and poppy seed lemon cake. 21.95
Throw it down with a Frank’s hard lemonade and of course, say hello to Tom. He’s no Franki, but he is the best Tom ever! And—he is oh, so single!!!

All right! Are you ready? We are serving meatloaf and mashed potatoes with crispy green beans, homemade corn bread, and lemon cake.
We also have foot-long French dips tonight. Smothered with grilled onions, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers and ooey-gooey Swiss cheese. Served with onion rings. (And lemon cake).
And Franki is in da houz!!!!

I hope everyone had the most wonderful Thanksgiving ever. So many wonderful folks came in on Thanksgiving. Thank you. We felt honored and blessed that folks who stopped by were about as gracious, sweet and kind as they could be. It was like feeding family.
And, in particular, this one young man came in who made my day. Now, please believe me when I say, there are no bad children. Just parents that sometimes should be put in timeout.
But this young man, came and found me and thanked me for the best dinner ever. His name is Christopher. If you know him, I’d say you’re pretty lucky. This little bit of light he sparked in the restaurant I think must follow him around wherever he goes. ( His parents were nice too). Thank you again, Christopher, you made an old lady’s Thanksgiving extra special!
