🎓 SHS & BLHS Graduation Day 🎓

The production of Annie last week was a tremendous success! Our sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students delivered a truly wonderful performance, showcasing their incredible talent, dedication, and hard work. From the outstanding acting and singing to the impressive stage presence and teamwork, every student played an important role in bringing this beloved musical to life.
We are so proud of their accomplishments and grateful to the staff, families, and community members who supported the production. Congratulations to our cast and crew on a spectacular show! ❤️

Today’s Senior Walk was more than a tradition—it was a celebration of every challenge overcome, every lesson learned, and every dream that lies ahead. The halls were filled with pride, joy, and a few tears as our seniors took their final walk through the place that helped shape who they are.

With each step, they carried memories of friendships, accomplishments, laughter, and growth. The smiles reflected how far they’ve come, while the tears reminded us how meaningful this journey has been.

As they leave these halls behind, they carry with them the strength, resilience, and determination that will guide them toward their future. This is not the end of their story—it is the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

🎉 That's a wrap on the final Spirit Week of the 2025–2026 school year! Whether you dressed up, cheered on your classmates, or simply enjoyed the fun, Spirit Week brought our school community together in the best way. Thank you for showing your creativity, school pride, and enthusiasm. We ended the week with lots of laughs, great memories, and plenty of spirit!

Please give a high five & Congratulations to our 8th grade band members. They played very well Friday at the Valley Region Band Festival and earned a Distinguished rating (the highest possible rating) for their performance. Woohoo!🎷🎺 Go band! ❤️🐾💛

As the school year is coming to a close, the final Kindness Cart made its way around, bringing one last special treat to our staff for the 2025–2026 school year. Throughout the year, these thoughtful gestures have been a wonderful reminder of the appreciation, support, and kindness that make our school community so special.
As we wrap up another successful year, we also will be saying goodbye to some great students heading off to SHS and BLHS. ❤️🐾💛

On June 2, we had the honor of celebrating all of our Heart of the Bobcat nominees for the year. We are incredibly proud of these Bobcats who exemplify what it means to be a Bobcat by following our five guiding principles, demonstrating strong leadership, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

We were also honored to welcome SBLSD Superintendent Dr. Laurie Dent as our keynote speaker.

Congratulations to all of our nominees, and a special congratulations to our four overall Heart of the Bobcat winners! Your character, leadership, and commitment to our school community make us proud to call you Bobcats. 🐾🥇
