Yep you read right sitting has become an epidemic. One of the leading researches on the topic Dr. James Levine the director of the Mayo Clinic- ASU Obesity Solutions Initiative summed his years of studies into two sentences. “Sitting is more dangerous than smoking, kills more people than HIV and is more treacherous than parachuting. We are sitting ourselves to death.” Pretty hard to believe but, true. To minimize sitting and the health dangers…
-Take a one-to-three minute break every half-hour during the day to stand/ take a walk
-Try to start adding walking meeting to your work calendar

When an actor or actress goes on stage you can easily tell their emotional state by the way that they are breathing. If they are breathing slowly and calmly you can tell that they are in a state. If they are breathing heavy and sporadically you can tell that they are anxious and in stress. Our breath allows us to become masters of our reality by changing our emotional state at any given moment. we help you get out of mind and back into your body no better way to do that then with your breath. We have been lead to believe that if a healing modality doesn’t come from a big corporation it’s witch craft. It certainly is not the case. We all have the ability to heal our selves, and when we use healing modalities like Tia Chi, Mediator, Yoga, Ta**ra, herbs, and bio feedback tools they are legitimate as any pill.
Become a conscious Dopamine Activator, and achieve freedom from addiction. Remeber that HEALTH IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY don't get fooled by the instant gratification the long-term rewards are slim.
