FREE WORKSHOP for women with a history of cancer & their caregivers

Join Sonya Fisher, Creative Arts Coach and owner of Just Espresso Yourself, for a relaxing and creative evening of watercolor and mindfulness.

Through reverse coloring, you’ll explore the art of letting go—allowing the fluidity of watercolor to guide you—then grounding yourself by drawing outlines around the pre-made colors. It’s a beautiful way to be present, release control, and simply breathe.

Join Dawn Coyle, Reiki Master Level III and Director of Somatic Processing, in mindful movement using simple somatic exercise to feel more relaxed and grounded. Practice becoming aware of your body’s reactions so you can begin to slow down and respond in a calm manner. Somatic movement for nervous system support is a beautiful pathway towards a more peaceful, balanced life.
