Celebrating the very first Give A Chance Lancaster!

Our inaugural Lancaster event was a tremendous success, bringing together incredible local charities dedicated to making a positive impact throughout the community.

Through this year's event, a $5,000 grand prize, $2,000 second-place prize, and $1,000 third-place prize were awarded. As a special surprise, two additional $1,000 grants were also presented, helping even more organizations continue their important work.

Thank you to the charities and attendees who made year one such a success. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing turnout and support, and we can’t wait to see this tradition of giving grow in Lancaster for years to come!

Kevin has been working with the communities since 2011. He is a had-working employee, easing going, with a friendly demeanor. A great team player that is committed and reliable. Since joining our Midwest Team in January of 2024, David has shown the aptitude and ability to handle his capital improvement programs while also assisting maintenance teams at multiple communities as needed. David's willingness to help others in any situation is what sets him apart. I appreciate his hard work and dedication these last 2+ years and grateful to have him on my team.

Ray Graham is someone you can always count on. His knowledge of capital projects and maintenance operations is a huge asset, and he handles challenges with confidence and experience. Ray has built outstanding relationships with employees, residents, and vendors alike. Ray has a great sense of humor and keeps everyone laughing, which makes the workplace more enjoyable for the whole team. He’s truly a valued part of the team!

Through the support of everyone involved, we awarded a $5,000 grand prize, a $2,000 second-place prize, and a $1,000 third-place prize to help these organizations continue their meaningful work.
