🌟 We’re excited to welcome Rory McCourt to the JerseySTEM Board! 🌟

Rory is a solutions-oriented leader in the EdTech space, known for guiding high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering strong business outcomes while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. He currently serves as a Senior Manager on the Professional Learning & Strategic Branch at Instructure, where he leads the higher education strategic consulting team.

Prior to his work in EdTech, Rory dedicated over 20 years to public education in New Jersey, serving as Superintendent for multiple school districts. His extensive experience in education and leadership brings valuable perspective to our mission.

Rory holds a B.A. in English, an Ed.M. in Educational Leadership, and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership.

We’re thrilled to have Rory join the board and look forward to his contributions in advancing JerseySTEM’s impact!
