Getting kids to sleep at night can be a chore, but time outdoors helps set our sleep cycles! Cells in your eyes need enough light to get your body’s internal clock working right. Early morning sunlight in particular seems to help people get to sleep at night.
In our outdoor prek program, your kids will get plenty of sun! Morning program is 9am-12:30pm and registration starts on Friday this week!
