Today, our firefighters stopped to help clear debris left behind by last evening’s storm. They took the time to clear the debris from the graves out of respect and care for those resting there.

What a great team! Their kindness and dedication to our community truly mean so much. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Crews are responding to a water rescue in the area of the State Park.

Mr. Jerry is an important part of our school as he volunteers his time every morning and afternoon to keep our students safe, with a smile on his face and fist bumps for every child.

Fire Drill
Sullivan High School conducted its first fire drill of the new school year, and it’s always great to be a part of these important safety exercises.

Keeping our children safe is a top priority, and practicing these drills helps ensure everyone knows what to do in an emergency.

Sullivan Ladder 8852, along with Cuba Fire, is proudly representing our country’s colors at Hood Park in honor of the 9/11 Remembrance.

We will never forget the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001.

Today was a special day for area first responders!

The students and staff at Sullivan Middle School welcomed us with an amazing lunch and an even more amazing atmosphere. First responders had the opportunity to sit alongside students, share a meal, and answer so many thoughtful and wonderful questions.

The food was absolutely delicious, but the conversations and connections made the day truly special. Moments like these remind us just how important it is to build relationships with the young people in our community.

We wish we had more moments like this!
