Been teaching people how to tattoo really ever since I knew any kind of information about tattooing, there was somebody always wanting to know that information. Through most circumstances, I will give up that information very easily because I like to see people succeed.

Mentoring is just a huge part of tattooing as tattooing itself. Watching mines go from point A to point B to point C. Watching them, learn how to be stern and confident in their consultations. Teach them how to pick a vibe from the time the client walks in the door to the time they hit the front desk.

It’s all fantastic. It’s such a great feeling. That feeling is why I’m making this post because the amount of pride that I feel for this woman watching her blossom into a little tatter tot, making the mistakes finding her footing. She was a late bloomer. I’ll give her that, but I am really glad that she held on and so did I.
