You know what the only bad thing about a tabby cat is? Not enough stripes! I need MORE stripes! More! And there's only one reasonable solution to that: a second tabby cat. And, oh, man- are you lucky. Because we happen to have not only a very stripey cat, but also her stripey (and with bonus orange streaks!) sister.
Seaweed and Sea Lion, age 2 and also 2, have been together since they were zygotes and we don't plan on changing that for them any time soon.
Thing is, these two are like the opposite of double trouble. They're more like a double-stuffed oreo or a two-scoop sundae. Two cats? Just more of a good thing! Seaweed (the one with the orange eyebrow) is totally delightful- super outgoing, loves to play, a never-met-a-stranger sort of girl. And Sea Lion? Just as delightful, but she also likes to flop and look at the world upside-down. It's exactly as charming as it sounds.
These girls are good with each other, but generally prefer not to be in the company of other cats outside their clique. They haven't met dogs, so we don't know for sure what they'll think of them.
Sure, we know it's harder to get a bonded pair adopted (especially, for some reason, when they're both the same color) than a single pringle, but in terms of temperament, these two are a stellar choice. So sweet, so lovely and fun... just about perfect!
So don't settle for the standard number of stripes. Go big or go home!

My name is Mr. Rogers, I'm 11 months old, and I need a neighbor just like you to help me learn.
Yes, it's a bit of a role reversal from my namesake. I have the same gentle spirit, but I'm young and a bit unsure, especially in a busy shelter setting.
One day, I'll be able to say "I like you, just the way you are." I'm getting there. I've made a lot of progress, especially with the people I know well. I love when my friends pet me and I'll snuggle up next to them. I'm usually right out in the middle of all the activity, too. I want to see what's going on!
Overall, though, right now, I actually like cats better than humans. Big cats, baby cats... doesn't matter. Other cats are my favorite species and I would love to go home with a confident cat friend who can show me the ropes and help me be brave. I haven't met dogs, so I'm not sure what I would think of them, but cats... they're the best.

Update: Biscuit has found her FURever home with a wonderful family!

Things don’t always work out and that’s okay! Biscuit is available once again and on the look out for a forever home! She’s 8 weeks old, just under 3 pounds, and has had her first distemper vaccine.

She’s a sweet girl who would love to go with you anywhere and does well with potty pads for such a young pup.
