We could not have been happier with the outcome of this cross. Of course we always want a strong healthy foal but I truly wanted a filly and was incredibly excited to see this beautiful bay arrive on Memorial Day.
Coming up with a name we wanted something Patriotic and chose
🌺 Arleigh 🌺
A bit of background:
Arleigh Burke is a class of guided missile destroyers.
The class is named after Arleigh Burke, an American destroyer admiral in World War II and later Chief of Naval Operations.
Also we felt it was unique and also short for Arlington!

We have had years that we rained out over half our races. This year we are praying for rain!
Nature of the beast with an outdoor pen - we are at Mother natures mercy.
I am thankful we have been able to get 2 races in and cannot thank Mike and those that have helped at both races with getting water on the arena!
Next race is June 20th and praying that weather plays nice for that one 🙏🏼
