Recenlty did a vegetarian dinner. You're looking at a Portabello Mushroom Burger which was marinated in aged balsamic vinegar, fresh basil and fresh oregano, on a buttered kaiser roll, with some carmelized red onion and red lettuce. For the kabobs, they are marinated with lime and cilantro then grilled to perfection over direct heat.
