AMADAS Industries
American Made * Advanced Design * Absolute Service In early 1963, a successful partnership was formed between Oliver K. Hobbs and J. Carlie Adams.
The partnership combined engineering, manufacturing, and marketing expertise to produce a new generation of peanut harvesting and processing machinery. During the decades that followed, new products were added to meet the needs of the marketplace. Today Amadas Industries produces equipment in Suffolk, VA, Albany, GA. and Cordoba, Argentina.
This , let's talk about SPROCKETS!
On AMADAS peanut combines, sprockets are among the hardest working components—and we don’t take that lightly. Through the AMADAS Genuine Parts program, you receive sprockets that are purpose-built for this exact application. We've partnered with top-tier manufacturers over the years to perfect every detail— from base materials to surface treatments and post-manufacturing heat processes. The result? Sprockets that deliver unmatched durability, precision, and reliability in the field. When it comes to keeping your harvest moving, nothing fits better or lasts longer.
Happy everybody! Ever wonder what Josie keeps in that notebook in his pocket? Who hasn't?!
A combine so strong and rugged... and yet delicate enough to put a mouse in the cart.
Built to perform. Built to last. 🇺🇸
This , we’re taking you behind the scenes in Suffolk, VA, where the A-Team is hard at work fabricating the next wave of AMADAS 2130® Peanut Combines. From precision welding to parts cutting and forming on our new TRUMPF press brake and tube laser, every step reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail our growers depend on.
Out in the field, the 2130 proves exactly why that work matters—delivering reliable performance where it counts.
American-made. Quality-driven. Powered by the best people and the most innovative equipment in the industry.
At AMADAS, innovation doesn’t stop when a machine leaves the factory.
In this week’s , Engineering Manager Jonathan Graham highlights a few simple but powerful examples on the AMADAS 2130®.
Center-drilled shafts make it easier to remove sprockets and bearings in the future, and going with a bolt-on boss for an overhead shaft makes it much easier to replace after decades of wear.
Because to us, engineering isn’t just about performance today. It’s about reducing downtime and making life easier for the farmer over the long haul.
That’s the AMADAS difference.
When it’s hot. When it’s dry. And the forecast isn’t changing.
You can wait—or you can get Reel.
Reel Rain® is the versatile, mobile irrigation solution that puts you in control - and it's the most rugged, well-engineered, American-made traveling irrigator on the market.
Set it where you want it. Use it when you need it.
This Flag Day, we honor the symbol that unites us all. 🇺🇸
The red, white, and blue aren’t just colors in our logo—they represent the freedom, resilience, and pride that drive everything we do. From our machines in the field to the farmers we serve, that American spirit is always at the center.
Happy Flag Day from AMADAS.

Happy everyone! Well, AMADAS' drafter Caitlynn seems to think that Josey needs a break from all the innovating he's been doing lately, so let's see what kind of video he's got shashed away for us today!
For this , we’re giving you a first look at the 2026 AMADAS 2130 during its final stages before heading out to the field.
Each unit undergoes rigorous testing at our final quality check station to ensure it meets the highest standards before it ever sees a farm. After passing inspection, these machines are carefully moved out of the assembly building, prepared for final configuration, and transported to dealerships across the country.
From factory floor to farm gate, every detail matters. Built with precision, assembled with purpose, and engineered to deliver dependable performance for decades—this is equipment you can count on, season after season.
