As the curtain closes on Stories in Motion 2026 June Recital, there is so much to celebrate and be thankful for!!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible staff, devoted dance parents, and amazing students who made Dynamic Movement’s 22nd season such a success!!!! This year’s recital brought the excitement of taking the stage in a new convention center setting, creating unforgettable memories outside of our traditional theater experience—and it was everything we hoped it would be: inspiring, energetic, and filled with moments that will be cherished for years to come. 💚🩷

For 22 seasons, Dynamic Movements has been about so much more than dance. It has been about building confidence, creating lifelong friendships, and inspiring young people to believe in themselves.

As one chapter closes and another begins, here’s to the memories we’ve made, the stories still to be told, and an exciting 23rd season ahead.

🎓💚🩷One of our favorite Dynamic Movements traditions happened this week!

Our graduating Dance Team Class of 2026 seniors officially left their mark—literally—by creating their handprint ceiling tile. This special tile will remain at the studio as a reminder of the incredible dancers, leaders, and role models they have become.

What makes this group even more special is that every one of our seniors has been part of the Dynamic Movements family for 10+ years. We’ve had the privilege of watching them grow from tiny dancers with big dreams into confident, talented young adults ready for their next chapter.

Their handprints may be on the ceiling, but the impact they’ve made on our studio is woven into every classroom, every rehearsal, every friendship, and every memory.

We are so proud of each of you and grateful for the years you’ve shared with us. No matter where life takes you, you will always be part of the Dynamic Movements family. 💛💚🩵💜🧡 🌈☁️🖐️

Celebrating a decade of dedication! This June recital, we are honored to recognize our 13…..10-Year Students whose passion, perseverance, and love for dance have shaped the heart of our studio. We are incredibly proud to place their names on a plaque that will hang on our studio walls forever, honoring the legacy they have created. Congratulations on this amazing milestone! 💚🩷

A Lakeland High School senior is heading to college with a financial advantage most students can only imagine: more than $4 million in scholarship offers.

In a statement, Suffolk Public Schools announced Tuesday that Alexis Morrison earned the highest scholarship total in the district's graduating Class of 2026.
