The response at the doors from voters in Chuckatuck was overwhelmingly positive! I’m thankful to Kim Slingluff for School Board for knocking doors with me in her district. Don’t forget that you can vote early at your local registrar!

Today is National First Responders Day. I am grateful to the men and women who put their lives on the line each and every day to protect us. I look forward to working for them as the next Delegate of the 84th to make sure they have the resources they need to keep us safe.

I had a great morning talking to members of a national deployment from the Young Republican National Federation! Their presence here this weekend shows just how important Suffolk, Isle of Wight and Franklin are to holding the House and flipping the Senate!

I finished up my day by knocking on doors and encouraging everyone to vote early. I had a doorknocking first today, I was given a book about how people should take an active part in political life and honoring our civic duties.

Driver Day couldn’t have been any better today! I enjoyed passing our yard signs and telling people where I stand on the issues that matter most to them. It was humbling to speak with so many voters who had voted early at their local registrar for me.

This morning I joined Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia at their legislative breakfast to hear about how legislators can work together for the senior citizens of Southeastern VA. It was an honor to be invited and I look forward to serving constituents in every way that I can next year.

Last night I joined Faith Wins at their God and Country event in Smithfield. It was an honor to meet so many pastors and congregants from across the district and around the Commonwealth.
