Here's a rare sight, we have a cheesecake for us! Out of all the wonderful flavors, the kids asked for vanilla cheesecake. I'm on my Keto diet right now, so whatever they'd like. I'm told it turned out very well!

These three just went out the door: salted caramel, blueberry, and strawberry!

Chili cook off and dessert auction, brought some big time flavor this year, Oreo and strawberry. It's a fun tradition every year, this time delayed by snow, to a night.....with more snow. Big turn out even still!

Here's one of the cheesecakes before glaze and berries. It's for the chili cook-off auction at First Baptist Suffolk. Fingers crossed that it happens on time Sunday evening. If not, hey, cheesecake is one of the best things on earth to freeze and have later.

About 48 hours until the Christmas Bazaar for Suffolk Christian, at First Baptist in downtown Suffolk! Chicken is being chopped, vanilla beans are being sliced, dough for soft cookies and epic scones is being prepped.
If you want a larger quantity of cookies, scones or chicken salad, let us know, so we can have it ready for you for easy pickup!

So, at the Fall Festival, there was a sellout on chicken salad, and we just sent in the 7 pounds that were ordered on Saturday, for the kids to deliver today. I'd like to thank all the buyers Saturday, (the big luxurious cookies 2/$1 are probably the best deal out there in 2025)
And it's a big week! We will shift gears, get some red and green decorations, and bake a lot more goodies, on menu and off menu for ANOTHER in-person event next Saturday at Suffolk Christian's Christmas Bazaar at First Baptist downtown Suffolk! Remember, the traditional Dulce de Leche cheesecake will be in the raffle/drawing again!
