Have you considered that many of the issues you face come from living out of alignment with who you are? If you want to get clear on your path, a good place to start is asking yourself, "Who am I?" If the you that you present to the world isn't aligned with who you really are it might be time to make some changes.

If you listen closely under the noise of the mind you can hear the voice of the heart. As Rumi said, it knows the way. What are you waiting for? Run in that direction.

We don't reach new heights by standing still. It takes action. Even if it's a small step. Bit by bit, and day by day you are moving towards the realization of your goals. Stop waiting and climb!

I call it practicing the pause. Whether its in times of anger and frustration or high pressure or stress take a minute to step back. Sometimes you just need to recharge and reapproach to find the right angle.
