So I’ve been talking to friends and colleagues this past year. Been really digging deep on what I want from this life and this passion I’ve poured myself into of the past 15 to 20 years and my goals and future are starting to really feel locked in. Moving forward in this music journey of mine has felt grandly arduous, as any endeavor that’s worth achieving is, I’ve finally set my sites on the endgame and it’s relentless pursuit. 🔒♾️

Back at it. It’s been a hell of a hiatus. Between getting in the new studio and getting it set up to some massive life changes with myself and the world around me, but I couldn’t be more thankful for where I’m at and how far I’ve come. Back on the grind⚙️🔧

Such a dope plugin. and nailed it! I can hit all of my desired articulations with minimal effort and not to mention, the premixed tones are spot on, mate. Clearly a labor of love on this one and it shows.

I’ll be putting this on everything. 😤✌️

What do you guys use for bass/low end on your mixes/projects?

Producing some really interesting stuff as of late. A lot of it really different from what I usually do. It’s good to branch out, right? 🤔😅

So thankful for this guy. He keeps me company while I work on music. Couldn’t have a better studio partner!

Travel time! Slowly but surely, things are slowly working themselves out and I hope soon I will be able to take the first real big steps towards my dreams. All the plans and things that I’ve been working on have sat on the back burner long enough!

i’ve got fresh strings for all the instruments and plenty of fresh ideas to start tracking things and bringing everything to fruition that has been a long time coming.

it’s a fresh start, so now it’s time to really put pen to paper. I’m excited guys! I hope you are too!

Everyone, I’d like you to meet the newest member of the family, Yggdrasil.

It has been a dream of mine, ever since I bought my first Strandberg, was to own one that had the aesthetics to match my musical voice. With this one, I really do feel like it hits the nail on the head. With the vintage burst finish giving it a warm tonality and a tip of the hat to the days of old, combined with the modern uniqueness that Strandberg is known for, this guitar is just a dream come true.

even more so, to accentuate the modern sound, this guitar is braced with the fishman fluence modern pick ups. A superbly dynamic set of pick ups who’s range go from searing rhythms, saturated with gain, to the delicate single coil/split coil cleans that Stratocaster style guitars hold as a name sake.

not to mention the fretboard is absolutely to die for! The roasted Birdseye maple is truly stunning. LOL even though it might just be a placebo effect, admiring the fretboards finish as you shred somehow makes you feel like a faster player.

so needless to say, this one is going to be my new main. I hope to be inspired greatly and to put my best foot forward to create content for you guys. I must say, this guitar is going to make it very easy to do so.

It’s a beautiful morning here in VA, today. A little chilly but the sky is clear as the sun just peaks over the tree-line. It’s definitely a good opportunity to reflect on goals and aspirations and what I expect from myself while I drink some coffee.

I don’t really talk on social about my personal life and it’s inner workings, mostly to keep work and family compartmentalized, but just know over the past year or so has been a struggle in the home and work front. Mostly to find time for everything and everyone; finding time for myself included.

I need to find a way to organize my time for each facet of my day, but it can’t be too intensive of an organization process, because then I’ll have to find time in my day to organize my time!! 😅 (suggestions?)

I’m just imagining if I actually managed my time better, how many more ep/lp/singles/albums I could have put out by now!😅🤷🏻‍♂️

To be entirely honest, this ep is structurally written so that’s good, but I also have a metric ton of other songs that didn’t make the cut for this set of work, but are definitely pieces that I intend to flesh out and still release to you guys.

With all of that said, my coffee is done and thus, I’m off to start my day. I wish all of you a protective day! Stay strong, fam!

Fairly recently got told that I “should show my face more”, so here you go. There’s my face 🙃. I’ve always tried to keep my page more about the music and the creation of such things. However, it’s also kinda come too my attention that people don’t really know what I look like lol.

So I’ll try and put a face to the name for you guys more often.

EP update: All general writing is complete, so not it’s time to start putting it all together. Once that’s all done, then it’s off to the races with marketing and release! Hopefully you guys will enjoy the vision of what I’ve put together and you will find value in its creation, just as I have found value in its creation.

As we get closer to its completion, we will have a release date for you guys!
