Almost done with updating a bathroom as we get closer to launching another property this summer! Also first time drilling into tile - phew! - no cracks just losers of nervous sweat…

A stubborn sink leak resulted in some early morning plumbing work that also got us some beautiful backyard snaps and a pretty nice new bathroom vanity! A little extra countertop space for our guests from now on 🥰
