Added a new section to the Scheduled Events page to keep everyone updated on what's going on at the club. Let me know if you want anything added. This will just be a simple, running log of current updates at NRC.

2nd Rimfire Match was a success with 13 shooters and great weather.

Next week on the 10th we will have an ad-hoc rimfire steel reactive target shoot. Sign in at 9, shooting starts at 9:30.

Look! New Brooms! They are bright, easy to see, easy to find, easy to use! The VOLUNTEERS that maintain the range would appreciate if you used them to clean up your brass after shooting. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It is with great sadness that we post the passing of Larry Simonis this past Sunday. Larry had served the club in various capacities including Range Officer, Secretary and most recently as President. He was a tireless worker for the range, doing maintenance and improvements. He was a fixture most every day, offering a cup of coffee and good cheer to anyone he met. He will be missed, but his contributions are everywhere around the range. May he rest in peace.

Renewal notices went out via email, or regular mail if requested, last weekend. Please check your spam folders if you did not receive it. There is also a lockbox at the range with forms for your convenience. Gate combination will be changed August 1st. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HAVE THESE RENEWALS BACK TO US NO LATER THAN JUNE 30th. First Rimfire Match was a success! Overwhelmingly positive feedback. Next match is June 3rd - we will be shooting International Benchrest at 50 yards. All details and match results on the NRC website.

Thanks to our hard working volunteers for constructing target backers. It’s appreciated.

All Matches will be shot at 100 yards.
Earlier schedules indicated a match on May 16th. Due to circumstances, that match was cancelled.

Entry Fee: Pre-registered $15, under age 65, Jr Shooters $10,
Over 65 years of age $10, Day of match $20
June 6, 2026 - 9:00am - 80 round reduced course match
June 7, 2026 - 9:00am - NEW High-Power League Match
July 18, 2026 - 9:00am - 80 round reduced course match
September 12, 2026 - 9:00am - 100 round Chili match
