Plantation Ocean Terrace

When I started this post a few years back it was for the sole purpose of giving residents who had vacated the property due to a hurricane an update on the property so they could make a decision whether to return or not.
We had vacated to SC and I had found many sites that gave an update if you knew where to search.

Since that time I have seen that you want an active site. Give me a week or so to make the site private. I will send you an email with instructions as soon as I figure this out.

It has been raining off and on for days with high winds. These 2 photos tells the story. The top photo was taken from the beach walk and begins the story--the bottom photo with no steps (because they are all now buried under sand finishes the story.

Hello Neighbors.
Well, looks like we might have a hurricane coming for a visit in a few days. Last year during Matthew I opened up this site to be used during emergencies. Looks like this just might be classified as an emergency!
If you return to the property please help the residents by adding a post with what you see after the storm. You can add photos as well.

This is the annual meeting of the owners at Plantation Ocean Terrace. If you cannot attend please send in the limited proxy found in the mailing dated January 23, 2017 from PMC.

Another fun filled First Friday at Ocean Terrace. A big shout out to our host and hostess for this event--Johan and Susan Wesslen. Great food, great people, great fun!!
