​"At Golden Rule DPC it costs $22.00 for a standard Annual Wellness Visit set of Labs that includes Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (kidney and liver function), A1C (screening for diabetes or prediabetes), Lipid Panel, Urinalysis and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Screen.

​Our patients typically like to have vitamins, Autoimmune disease screening or hormones checked as well since we also manage hormones in our primary care office. All our lab prices are 80-90% less than Quest direct prices. We do not charge any lab draw fees either and all labs drawn by our experienced staff in our Stuart clinic.

​We are a membership based full service direct primary care office with a mission to make health care affordable and transparent for all :)

​Adults under 60 pay $95 a month for unlimited office visits that includes full service primary care and same or next day urgent visits as needed with no extra visit fees or charges for things like sutures, incision and drainage of abscesses, nebulizer breathing treatments, etc. No waiting weeks or months for an appointment and almost never a wait when you arrive and no rushed appointments (30-60 minute visits).

​Our newest provider is also certified in Functional Medicine and Nutrition and there are no separate visit charges for a "functional" or "Bioidentical Hormone Replacement" visits.....we also offer all the functional labs as well at discounted prices (no $500 consult fees here). We offer peptide therapies, weight loss and nutrition support with or without medication assistance, Bioidentical hormone replacement management for men and women including Hormone Pellet Insertions if appropriate.
​We just consider all of that good primary care and treat all our patients by the Golden Rule :) We love saving our patients time and money whether they have insurance or not.

​Many of our insured patients find our lab prices and comprehensive on-site pharmacy costs are less than what their insurance charges but we do keep insurance information on file so patients can use that for things like labs, imaging orders, specialist referrals, etc.
