I teach nutrition, cooking, and gardening with a focus on eating more plants, and preparing meals as close to what nature intended as possible.

My workshops help others grow their own food, preserve it, and prepare simple, healthy, cost-effective meals.

First harvested from our garden! The fennel is growing really well in our garden and I had directly sowed the seed into the beds.

I am making some roasted caulifower & fennel today. Do you have a favorite fennel recipe?

Perfect for Easter or your daily breakfast! These are so pretty they don't need to be colored.

If you do want to color eggs for Easter, I recommend using natural dyes. Did you know you can make natural food dyes from beets, onion peels, turmeric, purple cabbage, dried Hibiscus flowers & more!

We sell eggs at our farmstand or you can send a DM to pickup at the farm.

$8/dozen or 2 for $15
Your support goes directly back to the hens to buy their organic grain.

Basil is my favorite

Thanks to mom for growing this beautiful basil so I was able to turn it into pesto.

I always make a large batch and freeze some to use at a later time.

We are officially Floridians!

This was the best family pic we could get, but those are some cute 🐖 tushies!

This was definitely a process and a stressful last few months, but totally worth it! Feeling very blessed for everything aligning and having this opportunity.

Change can be scary and a challenge, but staying stagnant is worst.
If you have dreams/goals, create a plan and go get them!

Feeling alive again in this warm weather and looking forward to growing lots of fruit & veggies along with adding more animals to our family!
