In just six months in her role, Barbara has already made a tremendous impact on our Purchasing Team and the production floor. She has quickly adapted to HOG’s processes, systems, and culture while taking on the responsibility of purchasing the parts and materials needed to keep our trucks moving through production.

What stands out most is Barbara’s great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. She consistently takes ownership of challenges and works collaboratively with both Purchasing, Inventory, and Production to identify solutions and keep things moving forward.

Barbara also plays an important role in providing visibility to Leadership. Through her participation in our daily Genba Walks and weekly production meetings, she communicates inventory constraints, identifies potential gaps, and helps drive corrective actions to ensure those gaps are closed and trucks are produced on time.

Her ability to quickly learn the role, build strong relationships, and proactively address inventory challenges has made her a valuable member of the team in a very short amount of time.
