Minimum Requirements:

Have Fun and enjoy the journey!!

Be responsible and have reliable transportation.

Arrive on time and be able to work your full schedule.

Professional and friendly customer service is always a priority.

Positive attitude and good vibe with team members. Communication with all is the key to success.

Respect yourself, the customer, and all team members at all times.

Bi lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Learn and have full knowledge of the menu, specials, and all products along with pricing.

Able to work the window and phone to take orders.

Able to expedite orders in the window and catering with all food and products correctly at all times.

Stock and restock all goods before, during, and after shift.

Safe serve food handling skills. Will consult about Certifications.

Food Prep for all side dishes and sauces.

Clean! Clean! Clean! We run a meticulously clean business. Inside and out.

Don’t lie, cheat, or steal from me or any staff member! NO consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs prior or during your shift. The results will not end well!

Barbecue is a labor of love. It’s not easy, but it is extremely rewarding to hear the incredible feedback from all of our customers both new, regulars, locals, and snowbirds. We (the staff and myself) have all worked extremely hard to build this successful business and will strive to continue its success at all times and cost.
