Our Grief Support team recently planned and organized a special overnight retreat for 12 grieving adults, creating a supportive environment where those attending could come together, explore their grief, and rediscover a sense of peace and hope.

Through therapeutic activities and shared experiences, the retreat offered participants the opportunity to reflect, connect, and care for themselves along their journey through grief.
One of the most memorable moments came at dusk, when the group gathered on the beach for restorative yoga. With the sound of waves crashing along the shore and our music therapist softly playing the guitar, the setting offered a beautiful moment of calm and connection.

We’re grateful to our Grief Support team for creating this meaningful experience and for their dedication to supporting those who are grieving in our community.
