Hit the lake for a dip. It was clear after a few laps that the Garmin gods were not with me. I figured distance wasn’t going to track anyway so I did end to end sprints. I forgot how hard that is especially the day after a tough CrossFit WOD. Only 2400ish total.

Nice sunrise dip in the sea with the TRI-gang. Still a little choppy and could not see my hand but always good to taste saltwater! They got out and did crazy things like bike to Daytona or run a marathon. I was happy to dry off and pick up a Starbucks on the way home. Thanks again Treasure Coast Triathlete for the invite.

Got out last week for a swim in the lake but my watch quit before I got even half way. No I didn’t swim on land, my fenix5 is only so good at tracking!

How are my stats??? Strapped to the side of the hotel pool in Nashville TN is about the most anti-openwater swimming ever!!!
Stuart Beach swim tomorrow mid morning. 9:30a - 10a if anyone wants to join.

Water was nice. Lots of fish, jellyfish, a few sand crabs, and two big stingray.
Who is up for a swim tomorrow morning 6/30 9:30-10ish at Stuart Beach? I’ll be there!

First post to the new page. The water was nice today. Pretty flat, calm and fair visibility.
