Keep in mind, this pizza is for slice pies only! Friday Saturday 10-4 for this one this week! When we text new things that's where we do it before it either becomes a locked specialty pie or rotating specialty pie available for whole pies

More tests incoming at 🍕🧬! I test, approve, and then get feedback from the slice window (justbslices for now). Slice window can get weird, but delicious!
Anyone see some flavor combos they like? Our regular toppings are still in play, but here's some new ones. What a privilege it is to be in a position to create and do what you love! Interested to see what the team comes up with.

The Pizza Gene Margerita. Our take on the classic. Striping our organic sauce along the top instead of the bottom creates a great moisture barrier for a nice crisp. Finiahing with our top rated EVOO and basil makes this a fresh one for the summer.
