Special Friday: Weekend of Mother's Day celebration
Along with the rhythmic melody of life and the symbol of a water fall, let us not forget to pause and honor the guiding lights of our journey — our mothers. Whether they be biological or from a spiritual place, their love and nurturing embrace lighting our path like a special sunlight shinning over a cascading water of a magical waterfall.
As we stop and take in the beauty of one of nature's creation, let us also take a moment to celebrate the tireless devotion and unwavering support of these extraordinary women, who have shaped our lives with their love, kindness and wisdom. Like a gentle mist that caresses the face of a waterfall, their tender care wraps us in warmth and comfort in times of turbulence, and joy in moments of those big and little wins.
So, as we celebrate in the gentlest moments of life's flowing waters, let's show our deepest gratitude to the mothers who have showed up for us the best they could, and given us the greatest gift of all — the gift of love that flows endlessly like the meandering stream of a mother's heart.

So, instead of stressing about finding the perfect guru, why not trust your gut and embrace your inner superhero? Sure, mentors are great for tips and techniques, but the real magic happens when you unleash your own inner strength self.
Remember, you're the captain of your own ship, the master of your destiny. So, go ahead, trust yourself, and let your inner superhero shine! You've totally got this. 🌟

Tuesday - Coaching Tip: Practice the 180 Exercise =
Whenever life seems to get you down, it doesn't seem to be going the way you would like it to, the struggles seem to be mounting on each other, Practice 180*.
What the 180 Exercise is turn the situation around 180 degrees. Imagine what it would look like if you turned 180*.
Example in my own life: I've been making a bunch of calls and keep getting No's. Then I turn the 180*, say to myself, what if all those calls were not the right fit for my offer and I'm getting closer to what and who I'm looking for?
Real life Example: I was running late to give a talk recently and was a bit impatient with the drivers in front of me. It caused me to get anxious as well. I practiced the 180* and told myself that - what if there was a reason for why this was happening and I'll find out later. As it turned out, getting to location a few minutes late and they were not even ready for me.
Coach Tip: Practice the 180* degree Exercise whenever needed. What you will find is the more you practice it, the faster it kicks in when you do need it! Happiness is a Choice - Choose Happy!

Sharing my journey as I am truly working on deepening my level of surrender, patience & more compassion with everything, everyone, everywhere.
As I was driving around doing errands, I found myself behind a car with a sign in the back window. The sign said, “Learning stick shifting, sorry for any delay.”
Knowing this information, I had a lot more patience with their slow shifting, and honestly they were doing pretty well for still learning.
Then I asked myself a tough question: Would I have been just as patient if the sign hadn’t been there? I can almost definitely say no.
We don’t know what someone is going through. We don’t wear signs to show our personal struggles. You don’t see signs taped to people’s shirts that say, “Going through a divorce”, or “Lost a child”, or “Feeling depressed”, or “Diagnosed with cancer”.
If we could read visually what those around us are going through we would definitely be nicer. But we shouldn’t have to see signs and have reasons to treat strangers with kindness. We should do it anyway, whether we know what is going on or not. Whether they deserve it or not.
Let’s give everyone an extra dose of patience, kindness, and love. And have a Happy and kinder day, month, year!

Peace in the Home: As we enter into Spring, some already have while others are just starting, a great practice is to do some house cleaning and rearranging!
Changing the energy in the home in time for Spring has shown to shift the energy in ourselves. When weather permits, opening windows and allowing a breeze, hearing song birds, just the act of "opening up" frees some part of us. Hang some wind chimes, add a few new plants, hang a bird feeder. Feel the shift and enjoy the season of new growth! Happy Spring no matter where you are.

Peaceful Leisure Sunday: Happiness Day 4
Across the board, mindfulness practices that can lower your heart rate helped people chill out, while common stress-relief activities that get your blood pumping, like jogging, actually had an adverse effect. But don’t quit your rec league: Playful group sports and some exercise classes did effectively calm people down.

Tuesday Coach Tip: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step" ~~~ Lao Tzu
That project, hobby, book you "are going to write", painting or exercise class you've been talking about joining, starts with the first step. It could be getting your paints and canvas out. It could be calling to find out the schedule for the class you've been wanting to take.
Whatever it is you have been putting off, and yes including clearing out the garage (haha) start with the first step. Set a date on the calendar, promise yourself your going to follow thru, tell a partner, friend or your Coach (if you have one).
Now here's the Coaches Tip; put most all your focus on achieving your goal. Imagine in your mind how it feels to say you did it, you accomplished what you set out to do, plan on bragging about it to whoever you told, and then - plan a celebration. Reap what YOU sowed and reward yourself. The size of the accomplishment is less important than the accomplishment!
