๐ Weโre proud to have played a part in bringing the newly improved Charlie Leighton Park โ the only waterfront park in the Old Palm City CRA โ to life!
Through community engagement and design assistance, the CRA worked collaboratively with Martin County Parks and Recreation and Martin County Public Works to help shape improvements that reflect the communityโs needs and priorities!

The brand-new basketball court is almost ready! Crews are putting the finishing touches on the court as improvements at New Monrovia Park continue to come together in the Port Salerno CRA.
Itโs exciting to see this new community amenity nearing completion and one step closer to being ready for residents to enjoy!
On the final day of Florida Redevelopment Week, weโre highlighting whatโs ahead for Hobe Sound!
The Dixie Highway Stormwater & Streetscape project will improve drainage, sidewalks, parking and the overall streetscape along the corridor south of Bridge Road.
Nearby, the relocated Hobe Sound Historic Train Station will also be enhanced and beautified as a community space for future events and programming.

In Jensen Beach, the ๐ก๐ ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ will bring approximately 45 new parking spaces to downtown, along with new sidewalks, drainage improvements, underground utilities, roadway upgrades and streetscape enhancements from NE Pineapple Avenue to NE Indian River Drive.
