TC Dream Chaser

DR ‘26 🇩🇴

One of those trips that reminds you why all the long days, early mornings, and hard work are worth it.

We got to take a few of our top producers to the DR to slow down, enjoy ourselves, and celebrate what they’ve accomplished.

🏆 BIG shoutout to Abrian — #2 FSL in the region!
🏆 And Jordan — #1 FTA in the region!

Two huge accomplishments, and both absolutely earned. 👏

We definitely missed the rest of the team and wish everyone could’ve been there. Hopefully, the next one we can have even more of the team with us!

Good food, good laughs, great conversations, and memories we’ll always look back on.

Grateful for everyone who continues to put in the work and contribute to what we’re building.

DR was a good one. 🏆

🏆 250K MILESTONE — JAYLEN G. 🔥

11 weeks in and Jaylen just hit 250K! That’s a huge accomplishment, especially this early into the journey.

He’s been putting the work in, staying locked in, and showing up every day with the same mindset. It’s easy to show up when things are going good, but the real difference is staying consistent when things don’t go your way.

Jaylen has been doing exactly that — staying focused, learning, getting better, and not giving up. 💯

Proud of you, Jaylen! You earned this milestone and there’s no doubt there’s a lot more coming. 250K is just the start. Keep that same energy and keep chasing! 🏁🔥

RECORD WEEK 🔥🏆

Big shoutout to this week’s Agent of the Week — Jaylen! 👏🏽

Jaylen didn’t just have a record week… he also hit his 250K milestone in just 11 weeks. That’s what happens when you stay consistent, keep showing up, and put in the work day after day. This is just the beginning! 💪🏽

And our Baddie of the Week — Kassandra! 👑🔥

Kassandra had an INSANE week. Not only did she break the Record of the Week, but she also issued $72,272, won a trip to the Dominican Republic with Dynasty, AND took home the DC Warrior weekly comp for most submitted. 😮‍💨🔥

That’s a LOT for one week, but what makes it even more impressive is that she’s doing all of this while being a mom. She continues to show up, handle her business, and still find a way to get it done. That kind of work ethic speaks for itself.

Kassandra, you’re setting the standard and showing what’s possible when you stay locked in. Proud of you! 💗🥹

Two people. Two record-breaking weeks. That’s how we’re starting the week. 🚀

Last week’s shoutout goes to Michael & Selena 👏🏽🔥

🏆 Agent of the Week — Michael

Michael has been putting in the work and staying consistent. Always showing up with a good mindset and ready to get after it.

And he finished the week as TOP PRODUCER. 💰

Proud of you, Michael. Keep doing what you’re doing and keep pushing.

👑 Baddie of the Week — Selena

Selena has been putting in WORK lately. She’s been staying consistent, staying focused, and really stepping it up.

And she also finished the week as TOP PRODUCER. 💰

Big week from both of them. Y’all earned it.

🔥 LAST WEEK’S AGENT OF THE WEEK: Fernando S.

Fernando shows up every single day with the right mindset. No matter what gets thrown his way, he stays positive, stays intentional, and keeps putting in the work. That’s the kind of consistency that separates people. Proud of you, Fernando keep setting the standard. 👏

👑 LAST WEEK’S BADDIE OF THE WEEK: Hailey O.

Hailey has been on an absolute roll. She brings great energy every day, believes in herself, and keeps proving what’s possible. Last week she didn’t just earn Baddie of the Week, she also became the first female in our Stuart office to hit the 500K milestone. That’s a huge accomplishment, and it’s only the beginning. We’re proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next. 💪🔥

MILESTONE MONDAY 🏆🔥

This one goes to HAILEY 👑

500K MILESTONE HIT !!!

Hailey has been on a different level lately. The work ethic, the consistency, and the way she keeps showing up when nobody is watching is exactly why she’s here

Being the FIRST person in Stuart to hit 500K is a huge accomplishment, and it’s only the beginning. She’s proving that when you stay locked in, trust the process, and put in the work, the results will come.

Congratulations Hailey! Keep raising the standard and showing everyone what’s possible.

Most people think they have to wait until Open Enrollment to get started.

The people who win don’t wait, prepare.

Starting now gives you time to learn, get licensed, build confidence, and be ready when everyone else is just getting started.

If you’ve been thinking about making a change, this is your sign. The opportunity doesn’t start during Open Enrollment... it starts with the decision you make today.

DM us “START” if you want to learn more. 👊

150K Milestone🔥

Huge shoutout to Brandon C. for reaching his 150K milestone! This is the result of showing up every day, staying consistent, and putting in the work. Proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far.

Keep chasing, Brandon. The next milestone is waiting. 💪🏆
