Simple moments, meaningful learning—where play, nature, and connection come together to help our learners grow.
Functional play is a foundational skill for children with ASD - using toys the way they’re intended, like putting potato head together or feeding a doll. By modeling, prompting, and reinforcing these simple actions, we help build attention, imitation, and early social skills. Small steps in play lead to big gains in learning and connection.
Our learners ‘swam’ to block island today. They are learning to keep their bodies in a group and to follow a group plan! 🤿
Today, we celebrate all the incredible caregivers who show up with patience, strength, and love every single day. 💕
