We are a South-west suburbs based exterior remodeling company is in need of a self motivated, highly organized person with prior experience in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Accounts payable and receivable QuickBooks experience a plus. Casual, work environment. Jeans, T-shirt and tennis shoes OK!

Job description includes:
Fielding customer calls, scheduling appointments, securing job permits from cities in surrounding areas, timely invoicing, weekly distribution of payroll, running errands as needed, filing, keeping the general office area clean, tidy and organized, as well as other clerical/administrative tasks.

Candidate MUST be a high school graduate. College or technical training or prior office experience a plus.
Excellent customer service is paramount! Up-beat cheerful telephone skills and a positive attitude a must!

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm with a half hour lunch break.
Position is seasonal: April through November each year with temporary unemployment each winter season. All National Holidays and winters off! Full time includes five paid vacation days and five paid P.T.O. per season. (After a 90 day probationary period)

Compensation is based on proven experience in office administration and/or the remodeling industry. Salary review will be given after a 90 day probationary period. We offer frequent salary increases based on outstanding performance. Starting pay: $20 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

We are in immediate need for vinyl siding sub-contractor crews.

Required:

Must perform excellent brake and caulking work
Must have presentable un-marked work trucks
Must have own equipment required to perform the work
Must clean job site immaculately (We haul the trash)
General liability insurance and workers' compensation certificate is required

Pay:

Jobs completed each Wednesday get paid that Friday.
Weekly draws available for larger projects
Pay rates per sq. depend on difficulty level and materials installed

We are extremely busy, have fantastic reviews and want to keep it that way!

Most of our work is in Strongsville and surrounding southwest suburbs of Cleveland area.
