An exciting development in the world of smart-home connectivity!
Somfy announced that Bond, a U.S.-based smart-home connectivity platform, has joined the Somfy Group.
The alliance brings together Somfy’s experience in motorization and automation with Bond’s expertise in connectivity and interoperability, with the goal of making smart shading simpler, more accessible, and easier to integrate across different brands and technologies.
Bond will continue operating independently, maintaining its existing leadership and team while benefiting from Somfy’s global resources and long-term support.

It was great having David from Somfy visit our shop and spend some time with the MWT team.
He shared some exciting updates about upcoming Somfy Zigbee motor features in the months ahead, including how the new updates are expected to make motor programming much simpler and more intuitive for everyone working with Somfy Zigbee motors.
Visits like this give us the chance to connect in person, exchange knowledge, ask questions, and keep learning together across every part of MWT.
Thanks again for the visit, David — always great having you with the team!
