Shoutout to the LenPro team for doing such an amazing job recently on our make readies, we couldn't ask for a better team of technicians.
Also a shoutout to these home owners that provide rentals for the community... they sure to do go through hell sometimes to make sure that people have a comfortable place to move into!

This previous renter had left one heck of a mess.

Bad roof caused this dining/laundry area to require an update. We are thankful for our local management companies and the opportunity their home owners gave us to perform this update. We look forward to returning to the unit and bringing the rest of it up to date in the future!

Replaced the windows around this rental unit for one of our local property management companies in the area.

There was a lot of water intrusion and termite damages putting hiccups in our replacement process but fortunately we were able to get the old nasty framing out, new framing up with new sheeting, and got these new windows weather tight and ready to use!

Recent unit turnover we did for one of our local property management companies!
-Some main focus on this project was turning that pink basement white, turning the whole house one solid color, and closing in those old windows that sat in the sun room which were covered up by new siding installed sometime in the past.
