📅☀️ The Bridge Recovery Center June Calendar is Here! ☀️📅

June is packed with opportunities for connection, wellness, service, learning, and fun! We are excited to share another month full of activities, community partnerships, and special events.

🏳️‍🌈 Happy Pride Month! We look forward to participating in Pride events throughout the community and celebrating diversity, inclusion, and recovery for all.

📢 A few important announcements:

• The Bridge Recovery Center will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. However, our team will still be out in the community from 11 AM–3 PM at the Salem Woods School event.

• Our Wednesday Dharma Meeting has moved to 6:30 PM.

• Thursday Night Yoga continues every week at 6 PM.

• Join us on June 18th for an in-person training with MTAG (Massachusetts Technical Assistance Center for Problem Gambling) covering Introduction to Problem Gambling and Best Practices.

• Also on June 18th, CHA will be facilitating an Exploring Gender and Sexuality Workshop.

• If training isn't your thing, join us and our friends from Peer-to-Peer and other recovery centers for a Day in the Park and Hike at Blue Hills!

We want to recognize and celebrate all fathers and father figures for the important role they play in our families and communities. Join us for our Father's Day Appreciation Activity on June 20th at 6 PM following our Sewing Workshop.

🧵 Our Sewing Workshop continues every Saturday at 4:15 PM and is open to everyone.

🤝 Looking for ways to give back?
We are seeking volunteers to assist with the WIC Mobile Market on June 13th and have many other service opportunities available throughout the month.

There is truly something for everyone this June. Whether you're looking to learn, connect, volunteer, stay active, or simply have fun in recovery, we hope you'll join us!

Join the Stoneham Housing Residents Union (SHRU) for their “Saturday Morning Cartoons & Breakfast Club” on Sat, June 13 at Stoneham Town Hall! This family-friendly community event is a great opportunity for kids and parents to enjoy breakfast, cartoons, and time together with neighbors and friends.
