Over the past few weeks we have had the pleasure of hosting some of our amazing industry partners for luncheons filled with lively conversation and meaningful connections. We revel in this opportunity to present our new and bold menu creations and this savory masterpiece has been the star of the show!
A beloved classic transformed into a luxury experience - pressed to golden perfection and adorned with a lemony white bean hummus, bright cucumber, tomato & pickled red onion salad topped with Aleppo agave. Our Falafel Waffle is a statement piece for menus that dare to be different.

This National Whiskey Day, we’re elevating the experience with our Espresso Affogato - where rich, velvety notes of coffee meet the deep warmth of aged bourbon. A perfect finish, crafted for those who savor every detail. Because luxury isn’t just served, it’s tasted.
Espresso Affogato Recipe:
1 Scoop House-Made Whiskey-Malt Ice Cream
1oz Espresso
1/2oz Coffee Liquer
1/2oz Bourbon
Garnish: Cherry Caramel, Chocolate Cookie Crumb, Sea Salt, Luxardo Cherry

We love partnering with who offer our clients some of Ireland’s finest Whiskey. Founded by two brothers driven by a shared passion for making good Irish whiskey that can transport you straight back to Ireland. Flying Tumbler takes their queue from the Irish flying Tumbler bird - a feathery daredevil with a knack for wild escapades and always finding its way back home.
Pot of Gold Cocktail Recipe:
1 3/4 oz Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey
1/4 oz Scotch
3/4 oz Ginger-Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg white
Garnish: Edible Gold Flakes
Add the ginger-honey syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
Add the whiskey, scotch and ice to the shaker and shake for a second time.
Strain into a coupe glass and top with edible gold flakes.
