There are some people in life who do not know you personally, whom you do not know personally - but they end up becoming a deeply intrinsic part of your life.
Something they convey just resonates so much with you and ends up swaying you and making you do exactly as they convey; ends up making you surrender your consciousness to their word/tune; ends up making you root for them, be happy for their success and want them to succeed at everything!

Some examples of such people, for me - Harris Jayaraj, Ava Max - and this Godsend of a man!!
It was a dream come true for me to get to see Dr Pal in person! This is one evening I will cherish for the rest of my life.

It's only because of him that for the past couple of years, I've FINALLY (after 13 years of struggle!) managed to get my weight down to the range that I always wanted to be in and better yet, maintain that!
I couldn't have ever imagined an unbelievably food-obsessed foodie like me ever getting down to and staying in this weight range, keeping a safe distance from the prediabetic + dangerously high cholesterol zone and taking my workouts, conscious fiber and protein intake (before 6 pm SHARP!) obsessively seriously, like my life depends on it! (and it actually does, duh!).

When I started to have my dinner at 5.30 pm religiously, there surely would have been some people who thought that I was crazy. Yes, I was crazy - I was crazy about good health!
And I am glad I was and still am. And I'm glad I'm crazy enough to obsessively engineer/plan all my meals each week to make sure everything adds up ok, nutritionally.

The biggest thanks is only to my wife Kokila for discovering Dr. Pal on Youtube and for forcing me to watch his videos - and thank you, Dr. Pal. You've brought about a change in my life which I never thought could ever happen!
