Taking raw wood into a finished enclosure one step at a time.

Paint, undercoating, adhesives, & automotive carpet all played a part in the finished product.

A few people asked about the enclosure that was dancing across our showroom floor.

This is where it started.

Raw wood, a design, and fabrication before it became the finished enclosure you saw in the last video.

When our custom enclosure is so good the subwoofer starts dancing with excitement across the showroom floor. 😂

This happened during testing before the enclosure made its way into the Jeep Wrangler.

Dedicated tweeters, midranges, and midbass drivers working together as a true 3-way front stage.

A lot of fabrication went into this one, but seeing it all come together made it worth it.

After removing the factory tweeter location and opening up the dash, we still had another challenge.

There was no premade adapter to mount a 3” midrange.

So we built a custom mounting solution designed specifically for this Jeep Wrangler build.

Making room for the 3” midrange was only half the battle.

An equal challenge was making it look like it belonged there.

There was a lot of cutting, shaping, sanding, and test fitting before we were happy with the final result.

Why did we cut the factory tweeter location out.

This is why…

To create a 3-way front stage. Removing the pod was only the first step. The factory opening still wasn’t large enough for what we had planned.

So we opened the hole even more.

Most people upgrade the tweeter.

For this build, we needed something different.

That meant cutting out the factory location and starting from scratch.

Sometimes getting the result you want means rethinking the factory design.
