PME ( Property Maintenance Experts) is a locally owned company located in Stockton, CA. We are looking for a property maintenance person able to perform general maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial buildings as needed. The position demands a multi-talented, self-motivated person to perform various jobs. These include repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, texturing, general construction and various other types of work, as determined necessary.
We are also looking for a painter and or texturer for residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance tasks requested or assigned.
• Perform interior and exterior paint jobs as needed
• Submit completed work orders timely and accurately
• Know and use all appropriate safety and protective equipment and supplies when working.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, identify problems and repair
• Must be able to perform physical duties including lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
• Computer skills desired
• Good oral and written skills
• Must have valid CA drivers license
• Must have own set of tools
• Must own pick up truck with valid registration and insurance
