Chef Krista, also known as Tita, is a skilled chef who specializes in Puerto Rican cuisine with a modern twist - plant-based and quality focused. Her dishes are inspired by her Nana, Myriam Cruz, and generations of self-taught cooks in her family, but she wanted to create her own unique take on the traditional flavors. She found the help and resources she needed at the Stockton Community Kitchen, a local non-profit that provides mentorship and support for food enthusiasts.
