**Bakery Lead (Part-Time | Approx. 25-30 Hours Weekly)**

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and guest-focused Bakery Lead to help oversee daily operations in a fast-paced bakery environment. This role combines front-of-house leadership with light operational responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and maintaining high standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead daily front-of-house operations and support the bakery team
* Provide excellent guest service and confidently upsell products
* Open and/or close the bakery as scheduled
* Balance cash drawers and assist with daily cash handling procedures
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cookies, cake layers, and other baked goods
* Communicate low stock and production needs to management
* Maintain clean, organized display cases and work areas
* Assist with packaging, light prep, and bakery production as needed
* Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards

**Qualifications:**

* Must be at least 21 years old
* Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
* Willingness to submit to a background check
* Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or food service leadership experience preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
* Flexible availability during holidays and busy seasons preferred
* ServSafe certification is a plus
